为评价啶酰菌胺和氟啶胺复配物对草莓灰霉病菌的增效作用,开发防治草莓灰霉病的新药剂,采用生长速率法测定了啶酰菌胺和氟啶胺复配物对草莓灰霉病菌的室内毒力,并采用Wadley法评价了复配物的增效潜力。结果表明,啶酰菌胺和氟啶胺质量比为1∶1、1∶5、5∶1、3∶1、2∶3时表现为相加作用,其增效系数分别为1.09、0.67、0.73、0.56、0.56;啶酰菌胺和氟啶胺质量比为1∶2、1∶3、2∶1、3∶2时表现为拮抗作用,其增效系数分别为0.44、0.42、0.41、0.48。说明啶酰菌胺和氟啶胺在一定条件下复配能提高对草莓灰霉病菌的控制效果,但复配比例不当则会降低对该病菌的控制效果。
In order to discover the synergism of boscalid and fluazinam and find out a new reagent against Botrytis cinerea,we used growth rate method to measure their indoor toxicity and used Wadley to evaluate its synergism poten- tial ability. The results showed that when the mass ratios of boscalid and fluazi- ham were 1:1,1:5,5:1,3:1,2:3,they showed additive effects and the synergis- tic coefficients were 1,09,0.67,0.73,0.56, 0.56; when the mass ratios of boscalid and fluazinam were 1:2,1:3,2:1,3:2, they showed antagonistic effects and the synergistic coefficients were 0.44,0.42, 0.41,0.48. The results indicated that boscalid and fluazinam compound can improve the control effect of B. cinema under certain conditions,but the uncoor- dinated proportion will reduce the control effect to pathogen.
