将Cu-Cr-Zr-Ce合金在Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机上进行了高温等温压缩试验,应变速率和变形温度分别为0.01—5s~(-1)和600~800℃,探讨了其真应力一应变曲线和显微组织。结果表明,其流变应力随应变速率的提高而增大,随变形温度的升高而减小。并且根据动态材料模型绘制了该合金的热加工图,对其进行了分析,得出了热变形过程的最佳工艺参数为:变形温度750~800℃,应变速率范围0.01—0.1Ss~(-1)。
High temperature deformation and dynamic recrystallization behavior of Cu-Cr-Zr-Ce alloy at 0.01-5 sand 600-800℃ were performed on Gleeble-1500D simulating machine. The results show that the flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate and decreases with the increase of deforming temperature. Considering the effects of deformation temperatures and stain rates, processing maps were established according to the dynamic material model. The flow behavior instability zones were determined from the plans. And the optimal processing parameters of hot deformation in this experiment were also obtained, which are 750-800 ℃ and 0.01-0.1 s
