The thought of value chain management is now deep in the management of modem enterprises. Hence~ the human resource management, as one of the supportive activities by value chain, plays more and more important part in the intense competition of talents. It is concluded that scholars at home and abroad have made systematically the research on the value chain management of human resources from the perspective of value measurement, value chain model, value delivery approach, value chain links, and value management.
