According to the theory of weighted network, regional innovation network clustering coeffi- cients in China are measured and the regional innovation network agglomeration effect is further analyzed empirically. The main conclusions are as follows： there are large differences among the innovation network clustering coefficients in different regions; innovation network clustering has obvious positive effects on in- novation capability; the innovation network clustering has intermediary effects in the process of the innova- tion capability influenced by science and technology environment.
