氮化铝(AIN)陶瓷具有优良的热、电、力、光学性能,具有广阔的应用前景,已经引起了国内外研究者的广泛关注。AIN陶瓷的湿法成型是近几年的研究重点,论述了流延成型、注射成型和注凝成型的原理以及这三种成型技术在AIN陶瓷制备中的研究进展。指出了目前A1N陶瓷制备方法中存在的问题,并对AIN陶瓷湿法成型技术的研究趋势进行了展望。
Aluminum nitride (AIN) ceramics have wide application prospect and receive a considerable attention owing to their excellent physical properties like thermal properties, electrical properties, mechanical properties and optical properties. Wet moulding process of aluminum nitride ceramics become research focus in recent years. The mechanism and research progress of tape casting, injection molding and gelcasting of AIN ceramics are reviewed, and the problems of tape casting, injection molding and gelcasting of AIN ceramics are discussed. The research trends in tape casting, injection molding and gelcasting of AIN ceramics are also predicted at the same time.
