工作背景中的目标取向研究是成就动机理论的重要分支,其研究经历了从单一维度到多维度的过程。早期的目标取向强调个体成就动机、个体水平是主导性的分析层面,随着概念内涵的丰富,研究层次也拓展到人际比较层次与团队层面。由此研究进展趋势和路径看,未来目标取向的研究主要是团队或更高层次的把握、情景因素与目标取向的关系以及不同层次的形成与交互关系。
Research on goal orientation under work background is an important branch of the achievement motivation theory. Based on summarizing the study main line of the field, this paper suggested that there be two kinds of meaning of goal orientation in researches, and the research trends of goal orientation would be on team or organizational level goal orientation in future.
