用计算机仿真相衬成像可以对成像理论和方法的研究,以及成像系统的设计提供很好的平台。以X射线衍射理论为基础,利用图形学中光线追踪技术,提出了一个相衬成像的三维仿真算法,对由10个具有不同折射率的椭球组成的Shepp-Logan模型进行了三维仿真实验,获得了具有相衬特征的边界增强效果的成像。对比实验表明,该算法可获得与真实物理实验一致的结果。
By applying computer simulation in phase contrast imaging, a platform for the design of imaging system and research of imaging theory and methods could be provided. A new simulation algorithm of phase contrast imaging based on X-ray diffraction theory was provided using ray tracing algorithm in computer graphics. Experiment of the 3D simulation of Shepp-Logan phantom which is composed of ten ellipsoids with different in both shapes and materials they are supposed to contain was made. The result images have edge enhanced character. The opposite experiments show that the images produced by this algorithm are highly in accord with real physics experiment.
