针对在批次管理条件下,多品种小批量制造企业生产流程不畅、准时交货率低等问题,提出流程精益化思想。流程精益化将流程优化与精益生产理论相结合,利用精益生产思想对流程进行梳理、诊断、优化。使用重要性一成本分析矩阵来确定核心生产流程,运用ABC法和时间因素法对流程进行分析,消除、简化、合并不增值环节。在流程优化的基础上优化生产系统组织结构,以生产流程精益化为切入点建立柔性化的生产管理系统。
Aiming at the problems including redundancy of production process and low ration of delivery on time of the multi-item and small-batch manufacturing enterprise under batch management, the idea of lean process is proposed. This paper combines process optimization with lean production, optimizing production process and organization of production system. Basing on this point, flexible production management system can be established.
