为了揭示合作创新系统中知识位势与系统合作创。新效用的演变规律,构建了任务型研发合作创新系统的期望效用模型,针对各支团队知识位势均势与否的不同情境,用博弈分析方法进行了模型求解并进行了算例模拟。主要结论是,两团队知识住势的演变趋势与知识位势的相对力量及团队对合作系统知识产出的重要程度有关;知识位势及其均势与否影响着研发团队间的单位知识成本的知识收益。
Knowledge potential is promoted with knowledge interaction during the process of R~D team collaborative creation. This study formalizes the relationship between knowledge potential and the utility of the collaborative creation system and figures out the model results using game theory under two different knowledge potential circumstances. There is a prerequisite that, the knowledge potential development of the two teams is under the influence of two main factors: relative strength of KP, and the important degree for knowledge output; At the same time, it remains unknown whether equilibrium of knowledge potential is important for teams to gain knowledge creation income.
