Knowledge potential is promoted with knowledge interaction during the process of R~D team collaborative creation. This study formalizes the relationship between knowledge potential and the utility of the collaborative creation system and figures out the model results using game theory under two different knowledge potential circumstances. There is a prerequisite that, the knowledge potential development of the two teams is under the influence of two main factors： relative strength of KP, and the important degree for knowledge output; At the same time, it remains unknown whether equilibrium of knowledge potential is important for teams to gain knowledge creation income.
