纵向关系网络是企业获取市场信息和资源的主要渠道,而市场信息与资源是企业创新的源泉。结构洞作为关系网络内非冗余的联系,决定着企业获取网络资源的能力。基于社会网络分析方法,以中国2009—2013年630个ICT企业为样本,通过企业间供应关系建立纵向关系网络,分别考察在纵向关系网络中结构洞对企业创新投入和产出的影响。结果发现:在纵向关系网络中,结构洞抑制企业的创新投入和创新产出,支持了Coleman密集的网络更有利于创新的观点。
Vertical network is a primary channel for firms to collect market information and resources which are the basic resources of innovation. Structural holes is non-redundant relationship in the network which determine firms' capability to acquire network resources By adopting social network analysis, we investigate the effect of structural holes in vertical network on innovation based on 630 Chinese ICT firms from 2009 to 2013. The result shows that structural holes weaken the level of innovation input and innovation output. Our finding supports the theory of Coleman that closed-network is good for innovation.
