以LabVIEW 8.20为开发平台,搭建了可实现多通道时间参数采集的继电器可靠性测试系统。数据采集卡利用FIFO缓冲器以250 kS/s的速率进行触点电压采集,采集卡内置Intel 82C54定时器同步计时。虚拟机对采集的数据进行处理,利用最小二乘法完成参数校正,最终实现继电器动作时间参数的实时采集。经试验证明,该测试系统所测量的继电器动作时间参数误差小,精度高。
This paper used LabVIEW 8.20 to build a relay reliability test system which can realize multi-channel time parameter acquisition.Data acquisition card collects contact voltage in 250kS/s sampling rate with FIFO buffer.Intel 82C54 timer starts timing synchronization.Virtual machine handles large amounts of data and finishes parameter correction using the least squares method.Eventually,this system realizes the acquisition of the time parameter.The test proves that the relay time parameters measured by the test system have a high accuracy.
