基于稳健可靠性理论,运用区间分析法度量结构的可靠性对继电器进行优化设计。针对传统的可靠性模型需要大量数据、计算量大,且可靠性模型不易获得的局限性,对一种非概率稳健可靠性的区间分析方法进行了改进。研究方法只需知道不确定参数的界限,就可进行可靠性分析,所需数据量少、计算简便,对电器产品的可靠性度量具有一定的实用性。在应力一强度干涉模型的基础上,以继电器为例进行稳健可靠性分析。分析结果表明,改进方法有更广的适用性。
Based on robust reliability theory, an interval analysis method was used for measuring reliability and its optimization design. For traditional reliability models limitations of requiring large amounts of data, large amount of calculation and that the reliability model was not easy to obtain, this article improved a non-probabilistic robust reliability method of interval analysis. This method only needs to know the limits of uncertain parameters in reliability analysis, requiring less data, calculation is simple, the reliability measurement for electrical products has certain practicality. Based on the stress-strength interference model, the relay was taken for example to do robust reliability analysis, and the results show that the imt)roved method has more widely aDnlicabilitv.
