目的观察血液标本的放置方式和时间对9项指标检测的影响。方法取80名健康志愿者血液作为研究标本,采用随机数字表法分成五组,第一组:存放在4℃冰箱中,第二组:20℃恒温水浴中存放,第三组首先分离血清,再存放在4℃冰箱中,第四组标本在抽血后立即进行生化指标检测,第五组标本存放在一20%冰箱中,对比组见检测结果。结果结果显示,第一组血液标本的K+检测结果要高于基础值;第二、三组血液标本的K+、Na+、C1、Glu、ALT、C02CP、LDH、AST等生化指标在2h后检测的结果比基础值组的结果相比而言有所下降,而在12h后Glu和AST检测的结果比基础值组的结果相比而言有所上升;第一、二、三组的Glu和C02CP的检测结果在2h后开始始终是下降的趋势;第五组血液标本的Glu和AST检测结果与基础值组的结果相比较无显著差异(P〉0.05),而K+、Na+、C1-、ALT、CK检测结果与基础值组的结果相比较有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论血液标本不同放置方法和时间会对检测的9项生化指标结果有较大影响,会影响后续疾病的诊断准确性。
Objective To observe the effect of placement and time of blood samples of 9 indicators. Methods 80 halthy volunteers blood were selected as the study samples,and they randomly divided into five groups,the first group:4 C stored in the refrigerator,the second group:storage,constant temperature water bath at 20 C,the third group:first,separation of serum,and then stored 4 degrees in the refrigerator,the fourth group:immediately detecte after the blood biochemical indexes,the fifth group:Tthe specimens are deposited in the -20C refrigerator. Test results of the five groups were compared. Results The results showed that the K+ detection results of the first group of blood samples was higher than the basic value.The second,third groups of blood samples of K+,Na+,C1- ,GLu,ALT,CO2CP,LDH,AST and other biochemical indicators in the results of 2H detection after 12h were decreased,compared with the baseline value groups.While Glu and AST detection results than the baseline group compared with the results in terms were increased.The Glu and CO2CP results of first,second,third group showed downward trends.Glu and AST detection results of fifth groups of blood specimens and baseline group compared with the result of no significant difference(p 〉 O.05).K+,Na+,CI-,ALT,CK test results and basic value group were significant different,compared with the basic resuh(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The blood samples of 9 biochemical indicators detection results have great influence on placement method and time,It will affect the diagnostic accuracy of subsequent disease.
