It studies the decision-making model in the entrepreneurial teams based on the multilevel theory, existing literatures and our questionnaire data. It puts forward the four decision-making models, which are separately based on brainstorming, vision driving, affeetive supporting, and expertise consulting, At the beginning entrepreneurial stage, the decision-making model character is mainly based on expertise consulting. In the transition entrepreneurial stage, the decision-making model character is mainly based on vision driving and affeetive supporting. It finds that the decisionmaking models based on the brainstorming and on vision driving have better entrepreneurial performance than the decision-making models based on affeetive supporting and on expertise consulting.
