技术创新能力受很多因素制约,从IT企业人力资源策略角度和组织文化背景出发,通过对组织文化与人力资源管理的重要性分析、对企业文化维度的划分以及人力资源策略的细分类型,分析不同文化环境中,不同的人力资源策略对技术创新能力的影响,指出IT企业如何根据自身组织文化类型合理选择人力资源策略的路径。
Technology innovation is affected by many factors, this paper only focuses the study on the importance of the organizational culture function and human resource management of IT business. Organizational culture is divided into two dimensions and the human resource strategy is divided into four. It is considered that different human resource strategies have different influence on the technology innovation ability in different culture ground. Finally, the approaches on how to choose the reasonable human resource strategy are proposed based on corporate culture.
