Innovation is one of the important characteristics of the high tech industry cluster,which has run through the process of the cluster emergence,development, which also is the source and key dynamic of sustainable competitiveness of the high-tech industry cluster. Risk investment can provide capital for the high-tech industry,which could promote the high-tech industry cluster＇s innovation performance and play an important role of high-tech industry cluster＇s growth. This paper discusses the dynamic mechanism of risk investment to the innovation performance of high-tech industry cluster,so as to contribute to the construction of the cluster＇s regional innovation network.
