目的观察保元胶囊治疗肺间质纤维化患者的临床疗效。方法将60例肺间质纤维化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,分别采用保元胶囊合常规西药治疗和单纯常规西药治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后临床症状、肺脏CT、动脉血氧等指标变化情况。结果治疗组较对照组临床症状减轻明显,动脉血氧提高,肺脏CT表现为磨玻璃状、网状或蜂窝状阴影消失、缩小或密度减低。结论保元胶囊可改善肺间质纤维化患者的临床症状,延缓病情进展,提高生存质量,不良反应少。

Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Baoyuan capsule on idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods 60 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups：30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Baoyuan capsule combined with western medicine,while 30 cases in the control group were simple treated with western medicine.Then the improvement of symptom and the changes of CT and blood gas analysis were observed after treatments.Results The symptoms of treatment group were relieved more obviously than that of control group,arterial oxygen was increased,lung CT images such as shadows like ground glass,mesh or honeycomb were reduced or cleaned.Conclusion Baoyuan capsule can improve pulmonary interstitial fibrosis＇ symptoms,delay disease development,improve exist quality with less side effect.
