英文摘要：

Based on the survey of 340 farmers who participate in the farmer specialized cooperatives,the article quantitatively analyses the factors influencing members′ satisfaction with farmer specialized cooperatives by binary logistic regression model.The results running by SPSS16.0 show that： Age and education of the household head have significantly negative effects on farmers′ satisfaction.The scale of members′ farming and cooperatives,whether or not having accepted support of credit,their satisfaction with the improvement of net income,presidents′ performance,financial transparency,the fairness of profit distribution and members′ satisfaction with other organizations have significantly positive effects on farmers′ satisfaction.Other factors have no significant effect on farmers′ satisfaction.Based on the conclusions,the article proposes suggestions on transforming the support key of the government,increasing members′ awareness and identity,improving president evaluation system and the internal management mechanism of cooperatives,and strengthening the cooperation of grassroots organizations.
