通过对西北农林科技大学图书馆近5年文献传递的基本情况、学科分类、用户需求等数据分析发现，不同学科和用户类型对于文献传递的需求差异很大，馆藏资源结构应该结合学科发展和用户需要不断调整；图书馆要多渠道解决文献传递经费，拓宽文献来源，整合已获取文献资源，加强特色馆藏资源建设，满足用户需求。
英文摘要：
With the data analysis of document delivery in the past five years in Northwest A ~ F University, the paper finds that document users are remarkably different in research fields and age groups, accordingly, the library holdings and collections have to adjust to disciplinary development. Finally the author puts forward that library should invest more in document delivery service to offer free or cheap document service, collect and clear up the obtained documents and strengthen the library holdings to meet the needs of users.
