对不同水胶比和掺加粉煤灰的混凝土进行快速碳化试验,使用电镜扫描、压汞测试手段,对混凝土微观形貌、孔结构、孔级配进行了分析,研究结果表明:水胶比是混凝土微观结构的决定因素,低水胶比混凝土微观结构更加致密;碳化虽然降低了混凝土孔隙率,但会使临界孔径和最可几孔径增大,孔隙连通性提高,使得外界环境中有害物质更容易进入混凝土内部,不利于混凝土耐久性。
The paper undertakes the speedy carbonization tests on the concrete with various water-binder ratio and flyash with the scanning electron microscope and press pumping measure, analyzes the micro shapes, pore structure, and pore gradation of the concrete, proves by the result that the water-binder ratio is the decisive element in the concrete microstructure, and the low ratio leads to the tighter structure, although the carbonization lowers the porosity of the concrete, it can enlarge the interface diameter and most probable pore diameter and enhance the pore ' s connection, so it brings the hazardous substances into the concrete which will be harmful to the concrete durability.
