松花江大桥主桥采用大跨度预应力混凝土连续箱梁结构。对该桥的外观质量、混凝土强度、混凝土碳化深度及混凝土保护层厚度进行耐久性检测,并将检测结果进行分析,分析结果表明:该桥主要构件的混凝土强度实测值均满足原设计要求;桥墩混凝土的碳化深度测试值离散性较大,混凝土密实性存在一定差异;混凝土保护层厚度控制良好,主要构件的保护层厚度基本满足现行规范要求,且具有良好的统计规律。利用概率方法及可靠度理论对松花江大桥进行碳化耐久性分析和使用寿命预测,结合桥梁结构形式得到该桥的碳化寿命为107年。
