The traditional market competitive structure in telecommunication industry has been destroyed by the rapid development of the mobile internet.Many old-line companies are suffering a sharp decline of sales and market values,or even bankruptcies.New emerging internet and software companies are playing the most important roles.Operating system platform of the smartphone industry becomes a new competitive focus,which triggers the competitions based on Alliances instead of one-to-one companies.The Chicken Egg question of operating system platforms and internalization of cross network externality can be solved by implementing the competitive strategies in terms of open source software,technology patent and standardization,online application service of the mobile internet.
