Objectives： To analyze the characters of sperm donors. Method： recruit 51 sperm donors by intemet, public lectures of reproductive health, communication with the university administration, etc. Results： There were 41 college students donors（80.39% ） and 10 non - students donors （ 19. 61% ）. 38 out of 41 college students are medical students. Only 14 donors＇ sperm reached the standard of qualified semen, 8 passed the freeze - thaw, and only 6 passed the screen procedure. 5 out of 6 qualified samples are from students.
