开发了一种用于室内空气质量快速检测的便携式哇泞鼻气体分析仪。该仪器利用毛细管分离柱(CC)将混合气体选择性分离,实现对气体的分类识别,然后借助声表面波(SAW)传感器频率响应测量每种组分对应的浓度,实现对气体的量化。实验针对17种有毒有害气体进行测试·结果表明该系统能对低浓度复杂混合气体进行快速检测,且具有较高的灵敏度,良好的选择性和重复性。这为不同应用场合下的痕量气体检测提供了一种可行的技术。
A portable electronic nose prototype instrument for indoor air quality fast detection and analysis was developed. It takes advantage of capillary column (CC) selective separation and the convenience of the surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor (high sensitivity, stable response and tiny size). The instrument is an enhanced portable gas analyzer with a high-ratio multi-adsorbent preconcentrator, tunable separation module, programmed temperature controller and polymer-coated SAW sensors. A relatively simple but effective approach to complex indoor VOCs mixtures recognition and quantification using retention time and peak heights of SAW sensor response becomes achievable. This instrument has been found capable of achieving near real-time analysis of complex mixtures of organic compounds at several ppb (10^-9) levels within ten minutes. Preliminary experimental results have demonstrated that this CC/SAW sensors system has high sensitivity, stable response, good selectivity and reproducibility, which provides a potential tool for trace gas detection.
