实验研究了在商用的纤维滤料中,窄分布飞灰颗粒在电晕荷电、电场极化及静电中和器中和等外加条件对过滤压降、穿透率以及上游颗粒与逃逸下游颗粒的荷电分布特点的影响。实验结果表明,在3.95m/min的过滤速度下,极化及中和工况经历了清洁滤料过滤、堵塞和颗粒层过滤3个阶段,而电晕状态在5000Pa以后仍未形成完整的颗粒层,压降增长的速度显著大于其它2个工况。3种情况初始阶段亚微米颗粒都有一个高的穿透率,在还不到1000Pa时,穿透率均己下降到0.01%以下。ELPI测量结果表明,下游颗粒电荷明显比上游颗粒小,说明电荷量可能对穿透率起到一个重要作用。
The effect of the corona charging, electric field polarizing and neutralizing particles cases on the commercial fibrous filter filtrating fly ash has been investigated experimentally, including pressure drop, penetration and the change of the single particle charge between upstream and downstream. The results show that the polarizing and neutralizing cases go through three stages: clean filtration, clogging and cake filtration. However, charging case never formats cake even the pressure drop comes to over 5000Pa. Thus, the charging case has a largest increase rate. For all cases, they have a high penetration at the initial stage, especially for the submicron particle. With filtration, the penetration decrease to less than 0.01% when pressure drop is near to 1000Pa. The single particle charge in charging result indicates that the charge of penetrated particles is far less than that of particle in the upstream, which implies that the charge of particles play an important role in particle penetration.
