将聚(2-丙烯酰氨-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸-甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯-甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯)(Poly(AMPS-co-OcMA-co-EDMA))聚合物原位聚合于玻璃内插管外表面,制备了一种多孔聚合物涂层,并将其作为萃取介质,利用搅拌头吸附萃取与高效液相色谱联用,建立了一种测定环境水样中四环素、土霉素、金霉素和强力霉素四种四环素类药物残留的分析方法,方法具有宽的线性范围,其检出限和定量限分别为0.040~0.51ng/mL和0.13~1.71ng/mL,日内和日间测定的相对标准偏差分别小于10.2%和9.9%,加标回收率大于90.9%。该方法操作简便、样品预处理步骤简单、检测灵敏度高、重现性较好,可用于环境水样中上述四种四环素类药物的分析检测。
A poly(AMPS-co-OcMA-co-EDMA) polymer was prepared via in-situ polymerization on the outside surface of vial glass insert and used as stir rod sorptive extraction(SRSE) coating.The extraction performance of polymer coating toward four tetracyclines(TCs) was investigated.A method for the determination of four tetracyclines in water sample was proposed.Low detection limits(0.040~0.51 ng/mL) and quantification limits(0.13~1.71 ng/mL) were obtained.The method showed good linearity.Excellent reproducibility of the method was exhibited by intra-and inter-day precisions with the relative standard deviations less than 10.2%.The results demonstrated that the proposed method was simple,sensitive,low cost and suitable for the determination of tetracyclines in environmental water.
