在研究烧结过程专家系统的结构和特点的基础上,提出了用面向对象的方法来建造烧结过程专家系统骨架,实现了骨架系统的两大功能:外壳功能和语言功能.系统提供了原型系统的生成平台和用于专家系统开发的类代码.并应用骨架系统,开发了由化学成分控制、烧结过程状态控制、能耗控制、异常诊断四个子系统组成的烧结过程控制专家系统,取得了良好的效果.
Based on the research of expert system's structure and characteristic,puts forward a method of Object-Oriented to construct the skeleton system of Expert System for sintering process,and actualizes two function:the shell function and program function.Skeleton tool offers the platform to build prototype system and the program code of class which is used to develop the expert system.Used the skeleton tool,develops an Expert System for controlling sintering process which make up of four branch systems :control of chemical composition,control of sintering process state,control of energy expending and diagnosis of abnormity,and after application,the system gains well effect.
