Based on the research of expert system＇s structure and characteristic,puts forward a method of Object-Oriented to construct the skeleton system of Expert System for sintering process,and actualizes two function：the shell function and program function.Skeleton tool offers the platform to build prototype system and the program code of class which is used to develop the expert system.Used the skeleton tool,develops an Expert System for controlling sintering process which make up of four branch systems ：control of chemical composition,control of sintering process state,control of energy expending and diagnosis of abnormity,and after application,the system gains well effect.
