针对复杂工业过程控制的特点,建立了由控制Agent和决策支持Agent组成的分层递阶MAS(Multi Agent System);研究了基于Ice中间件的MAS开发方法,采用COM技术构建了具有二进制重用性的Agent组件,可实现对原有系统的重用;实现了MAS与专家系统、神经网络和模糊控制技术的融合;开发了新型干法水泥生产过程控制MAS,实现了水泥熟料煅烧过程的优化控制。
Aim at the characteristics of the complex industrial process control, hierarchical MAS (multi agent system) composed of control agent and decision supporting agent was implemented. The Method of MAS development based on the middle ware-Ice was studied. Agent COM component with the binary-reused was packed and could be apply to reuse the legacy system. The technologies of expert system, neural network and fuzzy control were successfully merged into MAS. The control MAS of cement production of new suspension preheater kiln were implemented. The optimal control of the cement clinker' s calcine process was realized.
