In 21st century, electronic commerce （EC） has become new bright spot and trend of future business development gradually. Therefore, the paper analyzes the necessary to carry out intellectual property conflict management in Chinese EC enterprises, then, it provides the new orientation for knowledge management research in EC--research on intellectual property conflicts management in knowledge transferring among EC enterprises, and explores its theoretic significance and practice significance, finally, the paper gives future research orientation.
