英文摘要：

Many businesses often use information technology （IT） to strengthen relationships with its partners and to enhance their competitive advantage. IT plays an important role in promoting inter-firm cooperative relations. Therefore, exploring the impact of characteristics of IT on relational governance is a very significant issue. Based on the technology structure （formality and compatibility ）and new IT characteristics （system integration and system intelligence）, the paper takes the relational governance as the joint action, and researches how various dimensions of IT characteristics impact relational governance. Then a factor analysis is made to verify the reliability and validity of questionnaire survey. And structural equation modeling is used to conduct the empirical tests, which can give inspiration on developing IT.
