As a new organizational form of scientific research, virtual scientific research team can break the boundaries of innovation or- ganizations and make best use of external innovative resources. The key to improve the innovative capability of such a team is by impro- ving the tacit knowledge sharing efficiency among team members. This paper defines the concept of virtual scientific research team and tac- it knowledge sharing. The improving countermeasures for tacit knowledge sharing efficiency are provided from the perspectives of con- structing feedback operating mode, utilizing diversified communicating approaches, building better atmosphere for knowledge sharing and constructing tacit knowledge sharing technical platform.
