利用基于理论的实证分析方法构建集成创新中知识整合绩效影响因素概念模型并建立假设关系。开发Likert量表对企业进行调查获取相关数据,对筛选后的数据进行描述性统计分析;利用结构方程模型对假设进行检验,得到知识整合绩效影响因素的影响方向和影响程度。研究结果表明:创新知识特性对知识整合绩效有显著的负向影响且影响程度最大;组织结构、知识整合手段、组织学习和文化氛围对知识整合绩效有显著的正向影响,影响程度从大到小依次为组织学习、文化氛围、知识整合手段和组织结构。
Expirical research method is used to explore influencing factors of knowledge integration performance in enterprises' integrative innovation.These data are acquired by questionaires and the descriptive statistics,reliability and validaty of measure instrument are analyzed by SPSS17.0.The hypotheses of the model are verified by structure equation model to acquire the influencing direction and influencing level of factors.Studies show that knowledge characteristics have a negative effect on knowledge integration performance and influencing level is the biggest one.Organization structure,knowledge integration means,organization learning and culture climate have an positive effect on knowledge integration performance.The influencing level orders are organizational learning,culture climate,knowledge integration means,Organization structure from most to least level.Finnaly,countermeasures are presented for influencing factors.
