The prairie town Xilingole area of Inner Mongolia has strong regional characteristics,the unique city space form.Most prairie towns in Xilingole area ＂because the temple and business was built＂,and the vast expanse of grassland.This thesis chose the typical prairie towns in Xilinhot,Duolun Nur,Wuliyasitai in Xilingole area as the research object,study on the formation and development of the spatial form of prairie towns,summarizes the influencing factors of urban spatial morphology,in order to optimize the urban spatial layout,guiding the healthy and orderly development of modern prairie towns.
