报道了无驱动结构的硅微机械陀螺,该陀螺用于测量旋转弹圆锥运动时的姿态角和姿态角速率。陀螺的结构决定了其可同时敏感旋转弹在滚动、偏航和俯仰3个方向上的角速度。分析了陀螺的敏感机理并提出了陀螺信号的解算方法。通过模拟圆锥运动的实验,证明了陀螺敏感机理和解调方法的正确性。最后给出了主要性能指标。
We report a silicon micro-machined gyroscope without the driven conformation, which is used to measure the attitude angle and angular rate for the spinning projectile in the coning motion. The conformation of the gyroscope determines that it can sense the rolling, yawing and pitching angular rates synchronously. The sensing principle of the gyroscope is analyzed and the demodulation method of the gyroscope signals is presented. Both of them are illustrated by the experimental evidences in the working condition of the coning motion. Toward the end, the key performances of the gyroscope are also presented.
