公交司机作为大众人的一员,社会提供一定的角色认同(尊重与满足)是提高他们职业归属感的一个重要途径。在整个调查中,作者及所在的团队以结构式访问为主,调查问卷为辅的方式对武汉市公交司机群体展开调查,得到了第一手的资料,也找出了不少的问题,收入低、劳动时间长、劳动强度大、职业病多发等问题是每一位公交司机的近状,提高福利待遇、工资水平是每一位公交司机的呼声。籍此,文章从四方面提出提高武汉公交公司职业归属感的对策。
Bus drivers are playing an important role in the public service,so to improve their professional identity is to upgrade their occupational belongingness.In the survey,the author and the team collected first-hand data by means of comprehensive field work.It is obvious that low income,long working hours are the problems for bus drivers and they also appeal for raise,of salaries and lift of welfare,otherwise the belongingness of bus drivers cannot help leaking.
