研究了镁合金MIG-TIG双弧焊接方法,通过工艺实验获得了影响焊接过程的工艺参数(电流、弧长、焊丝末端与钨极末端的间距、焊接速度等)。在总电流为140A,旁路电流为115A,电弧电压为21V,焊丝末端与钨极末端间距为3mm时获得了成形较为美观的焊缝。分析了工艺参数对焊接过程及焊缝成形的影响,为进一步提高镁合金双弧焊接过程稳定性,获得质量高成形好的焊缝提供了一定的理论基础。
MIG - TIG double arc welding of magnesium alloy was studied. The craft parameters ( welding current,length of arc, wire spacing, welding speed, etc) were obtained through technology experiments. Getting the shapely weld when the total current of 140 A, bypass current of 115 A, welding voltage of 21 V, welding wire and tungsten electrode spacing at the end of 3 ram. The effect of the process parameters on welding process and weld was analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for further improving the stability of double arc welding of magnesium alloy and obtaining the weld which was in high quality and good forming.
