提出了一种MIG-超声复合焊接方法,设计了一套MIG-超声复合焊接装置。主要包括两个部分:固定焊枪和超声装置的焊接工装平台和基于单片机控制步进电机的移动平台。通过软件设计,使焊接过程简单、控制方便,为进一步研究超声对MIG焊接的影响,提供了实验基础。应用所设计的焊接装置,采用平板堆焊的方法,对低碳钢板进行对比试验,初步结果发现超声有促进熔滴过渡的作用。
A method for MIG- ultrasonic hybrid welding was presented. A series of MIG- ultrasonic hybrid welding equipment were designed. It includes two departments: a welding tooling platform of fixing the welding torch and ultrasonic device and a moving platform of controlling stepmotor based on MCU. By design software, the welding progress is simply and easy to control. To investigate the effect of ultrasound on MIG welding, a test basis was provided. The welding device applications were designed by using plate welding method for the comparative experiment of low-carbon steel. The preliminary results show that the ultrasound can promote the droplet transfer.
