针对2 mm厚AZ31B镁合金薄板的旁路耦合电弧焊(DE-GMAW)焊接过程,利用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元分析,得到工件的温度场分布后,进行耦合计算得到工件的DE-GMAW焊接残余应力分布。在焊缝及其热影响区有较高的纵向残余拉应力,最大是72 MPa;在焊接起弧点和熄弧点有较高的横向残余压应力,最大是88 MPa;在垂直于焊缝的中心线上,距离焊缝中心15-25 mm处纵向残余压应力最大,达到45 MPa。
Double-electrode gas metal arc welding process for 2 mm AZ31 B alloy sheet was analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS. After obtaining the temperature field distribution of the workpiece, the stress field distribution of the workpiece is coupling calculated. The DE-GMAW welding residual stress distribution rule of AZ31 B alloy can be obtained by the analysis of simulation results. higher longitudinal residual tensile stress appear at the weld and its near area,the maximum is 72 MPa. The ends of weld have higher transverse residual compressive stress, the maximum is 88 MPa. At the center of the perpendicular to the weld line, in area of 15 mm and 25 mm to the weld center, the largest longitudinal residual compressive stress appear, which is 45 MPa.
