搭建了电弧图像采集系统,设计了一种复合滤光系统,获取了较为满意的镁合金焊接电弧图像。对原始图像进行了开小窗处理,降低了后续处理量。通过对比处理时间、轮廓平均厚度、轮廓整体尺寸以及电弧形态等四个方面,形态学处理较传统处理方法能取得更佳效果。
Setting the arc image acquisition system and designing a compound filter system, a satisthctory magnesium alloy arc image was btained. A small window processing on the original image was made to reduce the amount of subsequent processing. By contrasting the processing time, average thickness, overall size of outlines and arc tbnn, the morphological processing can acquire a better result than traditional processing method.
