为提高镁合金DE-GMAW焊接电弧的稳定性,从而获得质量高的焊缝,设计了不同焊接参数对电弧稳定性影响的系列实验。通过Labview数据采集系统采集焊接过程中主路电弧的电流信号,利用电流直方图对主路电弧的稳定性进行分析。结果表明:在其他焊接参数一定时,随着总电流和旁路电流以及焊丝间距的增大,主路电弧状态由不稳定到稳定再到不稳定;弧长越大,主路电弧的稳定性越差。
In order to improve the stability of magnesium alloy DE-GMAW welding arc, the high-quality welds were obtained, a set of experiments were designed. The different welding parameters affecting the stability of the main-road arc were studied. The current signal of the main-road arc was collected during the welding process by LabVIEW data acquisition system and the stability of the main-load arc was analyzed by the current histogram. The results show that, when the other welding parameters are determined, with the increase of the total current, by pass current and wire spacing, the state of the main-road ranges from unstable into stable and then to unstable. The larger the arc is, the worse the stability is.
