为探讨首层柱顶隔震体系工程的应用,以首层架空的某5层医技楼为背景,采用首层柱顶隔震体系对首层为薄弱层的该框架结构进行了设计与分析.时程分析表明,在7度地震作用下,隔震上部结构减震效果明显,下部结构(独立柱)在8度罕遇地震作用下不屈服.独立柱的合理设计不仅能够提高结构的安全度,且不影响架空层的使用功能.验证了该方法不仅在技术上是可靠的,而且在经济上也是可行的.
In order to study engineering application of first-floor isolation system, isolation design and analysis for the first-floor weak frame-structure are carried out, on which first-floor isolation technology is applied un- der a five-story medical technology building as background, of which first floor is open. Time-history analysis for the structures shows that, under 7 degree earthquakes, vibration reduction effect of the superstructure is obvious~ the substructure (independent columns) does not yield under 8 degree rare earthquakes. Design of in- dependent columns is emphatically discussed and it can raise the safety degree and does not affect the use of the space of the open floor. It is verified that first-floor isolation technology applied on the first-floor weak struc- ture is not only reliable in technology but also reasonable in economy.
