目的:对黄芪内生真菌发酵液进行成分研究。方法:将分离得到的黄芪内生真菌28株,按优化的发酵条件发酵培养8天,滤除菌体,得发酵液。对发酵液不同方法分别处理后,进行黄芪皂苷类、黄芪多糖类和黄芪黄酮类成分检测研究。结果:黄芪皂苷类成分检测中Salkowski反应、TLC检测、HPLC检测都没有阳性结果;黄芪黄酮类成分检测,颜色反应也不明显;黄芪多糖类检测为阴性结果。结论:单一黄芪内生真菌发菌液中没有检测到黄芪有效成分。
Objective: To research on the composition of fermented liquor from endophytic fungi of Mongolia astragalus root. Methods : Get the fermented liquid, use the 28 strains were separated, according to the optimized conditions of fer- mentation, culture eight days, filter out bacteria. Deal with different methods to fermented liquid, then detecting the kinds of astragalside, astragalus polysaccharides and astragalus flavonoids. Results : Detecting the astragalside, Salkowski reaction, TLC and HPLC detection are negative results. Detecting the astragalus polysaccharides color reaction also not obvious. Detecting the astragalus polysaccharides the result is negative. Conclusions: The fermented liquid from sin- gle astragalus endophytic fungi, havent been found the effective components.
