利用有机泡沫浸渍结合无压烧结的方法成功制备了大孔径、高孔隙率,不同氮化硅含量的HAp-(-βCa3(PO4)2)-Si3N4生物复合材料。测定了复合材料的抗压强度、显微硬度和孔隙率等性能。发现复合材料具有一定的抗压强度,其孔隙率较高,均超过45%。随着复合材料中氮化硅含量的增加,复合材料的孔隙率呈现出上升的趋势,但其显微硬度和抗压强度则先升高后降低。利用SEM观察了复合材料的断口形貌,发现复合材料中孔径从几十微米到500μm左右,孔隙相互贯通,可满足工程支架材料的要求。
HAp-(β-Ca3(PO4)2)-Si3N4 biocomposite with bigger pores and higher porosity was prepared by the method of organic foam soakage and pressureless sintering.The compressive strength,microhardness and porosity of the composite was mensurated.The composite has definite compressive strength and higher porosity which exceed 45%.With the increasing of Si3N4 the porosity of the composite expressed ascending trend but the compressive strength and microhardness decreased first and ascended later.The fracture mode of the composite was observed by SEM.The pores are penetrative and the diameter of most pores in the composite is between several micron and five hundred micron.The porosity and compressive strength of the scaffold should be desirable for bone tissue engineering.
