研究了浓硝酸120℃回流处理不同时间后碳纳米管的形貌与结构;采用紫外分光光度计半定量表征了加入十二烷基璜酸钠后碳纳米管悬浮液浓度随时间的变化。实验发现120℃回流处理4h可以获得长度均匀、两端开口的碳纳米管,并引入大量官能团;SDS的加入能够显著改善碳纳米管悬浮液地稳定性,加入20%SDS的悬浮液静置80h后碳纳米管浓度仅降低10%,且沉降速度缓慢。
After being refluxed with concentrated nitric acid for different time at 120℃, the multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were modified with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). The MWNTs were characterized with TEM and IR. In addition, UV-vis spectrophometric measurement was used to quantitatively characterize colloidal stability of the dispersion. It's found that the carbon nanotubes refluxed for 4 h had a uniform length with many hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups on the surface, Experimental results show that the addition of SDS could significantly improve the dispersion of MWNTs in water, and after 80 h, the concentration decreased very slowly to 90% of its originality.
