在煤气化污水化工处理新流程中采用单塔加压汽提方式从塔顶采出酸性气,侧线同时抽出氨,可以对后续溶剂萃取脱酚创造良好的酸碱环境。采用流程模拟软件,模拟和考察当气相侧线抽出位置、抽出量、三级冷凝器温度等发生变化时,NH3、CO2等主要过程变量的变化。由此将气相中氨质量分数最大位置确定为最佳侧线抽出位置、并确定抽出质量为进料质量的9%以上。以上技术方案已在煤气化废水处理的工业实施,并取得较好效果。工业的成功实施为解决该行业内的废水处理问题提出了一个成功的案例。
A novel single pressurized stripper to remove ammonia from side-draw and sour gas from top simultaneously was proposed for coal-gasification wastewater treatment.This process achieves lower pH value of the outflow wastewater,which can satisfactorily meet the requirement for the subsequent extraction treatment process.The effects of side-draw location,drawout rate and the temperature of three-step condensation system on the quality indexes such as NH3 and CO2,etc,were discussed based on the process simulation.The tray with the maximal mass fraction of NH3 in the stripper was designed as optimal side-draw location.The mass ratio of side draw to the feed is greater than 9%.The successful industrial implementation of this technique offers an attractive case to treat the coal-gasification wastewater.
