在红外测温系统中,针对传统线性灰度变换带来的测温误差,提出一种非线性灰度变换方法。该方法以探测单元非线性响应模型为基础,建立了非线性响应输出灰度值与温度值的计算公式,以解决输出动态范围小,线性灰度变换带来的测温误差大的缺点。理论分析表明:非线性灰度变换算法能够有效提高红外成像系统的测温精确度,在实际工程中具有较大的应用价值。
Aiming at the large error of temperature measurement of linear gray-scale transformation method in infrared system, a new nonlinear gray-scale transformation method is proposed. Based on the detecting unit of nonlinear response model, the new method establishes the formula between nonlinear response output gray value and the temperature value, by which, the shortcomes of narrow output dynamic range and the larger temperature measurement error of linear gray-scale transformation are resolved. Theoretical analysis shows that tile proposed method carl improve temperature measurement precision effectively, so as it will have wide applications in actual projects.
