针对红外焦平面阵列非均匀性线性校正方法存在较大误差,而考虑非线性响应的校正算法又过于复杂,难于在实际工程中获得运用等难题,本文提出一种易于硬件实时处理、校正精度较高的红外焦平面阵列非均匀性非线性校正新方法。在介绍非线性校正新方法原理的基础上,推导出其数学模型,并给出实验结果。实验结果表明该校正方法的校正精度达到1.2%,校正过程中需要存储的参数仅为4个/像素,易于硬件实现实时校正。
Aiming at having large error in the linear nonuniformity correction method of Infi'ared Focal Plane Arrays (IRFPA) and complexity algorithm of nonlinear nonuniformity correction which limits its application in actual project, a new nonlinear nonuniformity correction method, which is easy to realize real-time correction and has higher precision, is proposed. Based on principle of new method, the mathematical model is established. At last, experimental results are given out. The results show that it has higher correction precision, less parameters needed to store and easy to implement real-time correction by hardware circuit.
