From the basic theory of collaborative supply chain management, it is indicated that the key of food safety manage- ment of China lied in the dilemma of enterprise supply chain and food safety supervision. Learning from the experience of the food supply chain management in developed countries, such as America, Japan and EU could help find the path for the food safety management in China.
