核心能力的培育是理论工作者和实践工作者所关注的重要课题之一。本文以高科技企业为研究对象,探讨了人力资源管理实践活动与人力资本积累、核心能力培育、企业绩效之间的关系。检验结果表明,企业的激励机制和学习机制对人力资本的积累起到了极为重要的作用,且激励机制还对核心能力的培育产生直接的效应;约束与考核机制虽然没有对人力资本的积累及核心能力的培育产生显著作用,但有助于直接地改进企业的绩效;核心能力在人力资源管理实践与企业绩效之间起到重要的调节作用。
How to build core competence is one of the most important issues that both theorists and managers focus on. The relationship among human resource management, core competence and performance based on studies of the hi - tech firms in China is discussed. The result discloses that learning system and incentive mechanism play an important role in the accumulation of human capital, and the latter one has a direct effect on the foster of core competence. A restriction and measurement for employees do not contribute to core competence notably, but are conductive to improving performance directly. The core competence might be acted as an modulation to the relation between human resource management and enterprise performance.
