目的:介绍国内外主要视觉假体研究小组的研究进展,讨论了视觉假体研究的重点与难点。方法:回顾并分析了植人在视皮层、视神经、视网膜的三种视觉假体的功能特点和其优缺点。结果:视觉假体在未来发展的最大障碍已不再是假体的设计加工和手术技术,而是如何在假体与大脑之间进行有效信息传递。结论:目前视觉假体仍未能满足失明患者日常需要.开发具有完整功能的视觉假体有着广阔的空间。
Objective: The current work of the main visual prosthesis research groups abroad and at home is presented, and the focal point and the difficulty in future study are discussed. Methods: The function and characteristics of the visual prosthesis implanted in the visual cortex, the optic nerve and the retina is reviewed and introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Results: The engineering along with the surgical issues is no longer a great impediment to future progress. Rather, the barrier lies in how to best introduce meaningful information to the visually deprived brain. Conclusions: Until now there is no visual prosthesis that can restore functional vision for the patients clinically, the development of sufficient visual implant still needs persistent efforts.
